Marketing Associate

MARKETING ASSOCIATE JOB DESCRIPTION 

ArtSkills, Inc., has a fulltime Marketing Associate position available in our Corporate Headquarters in Bethlehem, PA. The successful candidate must perform exceptionally in a fast-paced environment and be able to handle multiple assignments within tight timeframes. Optimally, candidates should be highly organized, resourceful, and detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills (verbal and written, in person, and on telephone). The successful candidate must be a proactive thinker (always a few steps ahead) who anticipates needs, spots potential problems, and suggests viable solutions. 

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Coordinates and assists with the marketing activities of several product or business lines 

• Works with Marketing and Product Managers to deploy specific marketing strategies and media (e.g., print, broadcast, digital) to develop, launch and position products 

• Participates in creating brand awareness through advertising and social media 

• Assists in sales meeting preparation as it pertains to Marketing 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS 

• Ability to multitask and prioritize with frequent distractions in a fast-paced environment 

• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other programs in preparation of correspondence, documents and/or presentations 

• Ability to review, interpret, and report on various data 

• Professional and friendly demeanor and positive outlook at all times to contribute to an energetic work environment 

• Calm under deadline pressures and in stressful situations 

• Ability to be proactive, manage projects from start to finish, identify problems, and find solutions 

• Comfortable working both independently and in a team environment 

Required Experience: 

• 4-Year College Degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field 

• Experience with the Mass-Market Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry (manufacturing and/or sales) is a plus. 

• Prior experience with digital content creation and social media is a plus.
