Logistics Associate


Job Summary 

 ArtSkills, Inc., Bethlehem, PA has a fulltime position available for a Logistics Associate in its Operations Department. The Logistics Associate has good attention to detail and ability to take initiative. We are looking for an upbeat, accurate, hard-working team member with good communication skills, computer skills, and internet skills. Benefits include 401K, PTO, Health, vision and dental. 

Major Responsibilities: 

· Enter and process Product Orders for major retail accounts 

· Route orders by following account requirements 

· Prepare and send Advance Ship Notices (ASNs) and Invoices in EDI 

· Add shipping information to invoices, bills of lading, routing documents 

· Utilize customer portals and web sites to obtain routing updates 

· Print and send shipping labels to warehouse 

· Act as a liaison between warehouses, trucking companies, and internal departments 

 Preferred Qualifications: 

· Relevant working experience 

· Microsoft Proficiency 

· Strong written and verbal communication skills 

· Excellent organizational skills 

· Ability to prioritize 

· Ability to resolve complex issues 

· Ability to take corrective action or escalate issues to appropriate departments 

· Polished email and telephone etiquette 

· Strong work ethic 

· High School diploma, College Degree or related experience. 

· Friendly demeanor with can-do attitude!
