Steps to Follow:
To make this poster by hand:
- Start with a piece of pale yellow poster board and lay it out vertically.
- Line the bottom edge of your poster with a neon green scallop ArtSkills Poster Border. Make sure to line up the straight edge of the border with the edge of your poster before adhering.
- Add the first part of your wording, the name of your school, centered at the top of your poster using green ArtSkills Quick Stick Foam Letters. Centered below that, add the name of your dance by using an ArtSkills 3-Inch Sticky Stencil and alternating pink and blue ArtSkills Neon Poster Paints. Alternatively, you could draw in your lettering using ArtSkills Bright Washable Poster Markers to achieve a font similar to that in the poster picture above. Centered below that, write in "Spring Dance" using a pink ArtSkills Bright Washable Poster Marker.
- Find a clip art image of a solid color purple and orange flower design similar to the one shown in the poster picture above. Print and cut it out, then glue it down on the right side of your poster. On top of that, add the date, time, and location of your dance using a custom small white lettering of your choice.
- Add some random color and size flower ArtSkills Eye Catchers around your poster. On top of those, add some fun features of your dance using either ArtSkills Quick Stick Foam Letters or custom small lettering of your choice.
- Find some Easter and spring clip art images you like. Print and cut them out, then glue them down around your poster.
- Good job! Your poster is all ready to go.
