Steps to Follow:
- Using a star template' trace and cut it out of colored paper. Outline with poster markers. Also' cut a tail for the star out of colored paper. Outline with poster markers and lay out on the poster
- Lay out the wording using neon quick letters with black quick letters underneath to give a drop shadow effect. Also' use small vinyl letters' jumbo quick letters in 2 colors to give the drop shadow effect and quick stick foam letters
- Lay out the quick borders along the bottom edge
- Add star eye catchers in open spaces
- Glue everything down
- Accent with jumbo glitter glue and glitter shakers
