Template
A) Print out the template.
B) Use the template as a guide to cut sticks into sizes that will fill out the pumpkin shape. Also find a stick for the stem.
A) Carefully transfer and hot glue the sticks to the wood slice. Tip: Start in the middle and fill out both sides to keep the pumpkin centered on the wood slice.
B) Retain the stick’s positions as you move them over.
C) Tie a raffia bow around the wood stem.
D) Glue the wood stem to the top of the pumpkin.
A) Randomly add watercolors to a sheet of watercolor paper. Tip: Try to make lots of variations in the placement of the colors. Let dry.
B) Cut out the flower templates.
C) Place the flower templates on the watercolor paper and trace them. Tip: Find interesting areas on the watercolor paper to trace the templates.
D) Cut out the flowers from the watercolor paper.
A) To make a paper rose, cut an approximately 3" square from the watercolor paper.
B) Start at the outside of the square and cut a spiral towards the center. Cut off and remove the paper outside the spiral.
C) Roll the spiral from the outside towards the center.
D) Add hot glue to the tab at the center of the spiral to secure the paper rose.
A) Hot glue paper flowers and moss to the pumpkin.
